• Goodbye and Good Luck Year 6!

  Today our year 6 children leave us to continue their journey in high school. We will miss them and we wish them success for the future. Please find the final part of their performance here 'Year 6 Memories'. Last night the children enjoyed a final meal together as Seahouses Primary School students at the Plow in Alnwick, take a look at some pictures below. 

  

• Digging up Potatoes

  This week the children were really excited and proud to dig up and try some of their own potatoes that they had planted around school. They went down a treat, our year 6 students even requested them as an extra side dish at lunch time! 

  

• World Giraffe Day - 2020

  Last Friday in school in our bubbles we celebrated 'World Giraffe Day 2020' 

   

   "World Giraffe Day is an exciting annual event initiated by GCF to celebrate the tallest animal on the longest day or night (depending on which hemisphere you live!) of the year – 21 June – every year!"

   

  This week we have been developing our learning and celebrations into videos. Take a look on our website section 'Seahouses Videos' to see the final results. There is even a special video from one of our newest members of staff, Finn, for you to watch!

• Lovely Message from a Year 1 Student

  One of our fantastic year 1 students went home after her first day back after lock down and reflected on her thoughts of the day. Throughout the day we shared our feelings as a group and we all discussed the nervous feeling we had inside (even the adults!) We love that you are so happy in school Faith, amazing job!
