22.05.26 Fresh Air Friday
This afternoon, the whole school headed to the beach for a special wellbeing experience, and what a fantastic time we had! It was a lovely opportunity for everyone to enjoy fresh air, explore the coast, and focus on our mental health and wellbeing together.
We took part in two brilliant activities. First, children created beautiful beach art using found treasures. There was a wide selection of wonderful artwork, including puffins, lighthouses and lifeboats. The creativity and collaborative skills on display were impressive.
Next, we enjoyed rockpooling and explored our local habitats. We discovered an amazing range of wildlife, from the tiniest starfish we have ever seen to the biggest crabs we have ever caught!
It was also a perfect chance to remember how important it is to care for and respect our unique rural and coastal environment.
