06.06.24 Glendale Countryside Day
The children in Years 3 and 4 attended the Glendale Countryside Day at Wooler. This event celebrates our local heritage and culture. Through knowledge sharing between exhibitors and children, we learned where food comes from and how it is produced, giving us a wider understanding of the countryside, the environment and the people who work in the rural economy. We had a fabulous day and learned about the importance of agriculture and rural industries in Northumberland.
