Children in Need Day

For Children in Need Day this year we asked that everyone come to school in their pyjamas or onesies and bring their teddy bear. The children all brought £1 to donate to the appeal. We also asked them to bring in any spare change so we all could spell out Children in Need on the hall floor and draw Pudsey. All through the day we had our usual lessons punctuated by music and dancing in the small hall. In the afternoon our friends from Busy Bees Nursery joined our Reception Class for some games, then Classes 2 and 3 had a short disco in the Hall. A busy funday was had by all and we raised £178.61, which has been paid into the appeal fund. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day a memorable one for our children.
