27.02.26 Fresh Air Friday
Our youngest pupils made the most of the beautiful weather on Friday and headed down to the beach for Fresh Air Friday.
So many learning opportunities arose whilst they were down at beach:
- discussed the seasonal changes we could see (linked to our science learning)
- some children decided to build a castle including the features they head learnt about as part of their history learning e.g a moat, a drawbridge etc.
- some children created art work using natural resources
-other children explored the habitats and were lucky enough to find to creatures
So many wonderful learning opportunities on our doorstep. We are so lucky!
