The Keepers of the Castle

The year 3 and 4 children were humbled to receive a visit from Mr and Mrs Watson - Armstrong, the current keepers of Bamburgh Castle, after their recent trip. The children wrote letters to Francis and Claire inviting them into our school asking them to come in to share more of their wonderful knowledge of the castle with them and to see our impressive library. The children surprised Francis and Claire with their new found knowledge of our local history and castles.
