  • Healthy Eating Week - 2021

    Wed 16 Jun 2021

    'Find the healthier you'

We have been exploring what is means to be 'healthy' for Healthy Eating Week. We immediately thought about fruit and vegetables but soon realised there is more to it than that.

We know that it is important to eat a variety of different foods, exercise and sleep well, all of which contribute to being healthy. We also regularly discuss what it means to have a healthy mind and practise strategies that promote a positive mental health.

We tried a variety of different fruits today, many of which some of us have never tried!

We have also been having a go at growing our own healthy foods such as potatoes, lettuce and tomatoes. Our potatoes should be ready to harvest just before we break up for summer.
