Alnwick Castle October 2019
Reception, Year 1 and 2 had a fantastic time visiting Alnwick Castle as part of our ‘Kings, Queens and Castles’ topic. We loved looking around the castle and grounds and took part in two exciting workshops where we recreated our own battle between England and Scotland, made clay tiles and met a knight, artisan and the Lady Percy. We wished we could have stayed longer as there was so much to do!
