  • Playing the Cornet

    All year Year 3 and 4 children have been learning to play the cornet every Wednesday with our fabulous teacher Mr Ron Creasey. Everyone has really enjoyed this experience and we are hoping to continue next year to continue to improve the children's playing
  • Prevention of Drowning Week

    We had a visit from Leeanne Pearce who is a local volunteer on the RNLI lifeboat. She came to talk to all the children about water safety and what to do in an emergency when you are near water. The children learnt about tides and how even when water looks flat and calm it is still very dangerous. The children drew their own water safety posters and all felt they had learnt a lot.

  • Football Tournament at Hipsburn

    On Saturday 11th June our footballers went to Hipsburn First School to take part in a tournament there. There were lots of other teams and the team played really well in their group. Well done everyone.
  • Watching the drone display

    After our Picnic lunch for the Queen's birthday we watched Brandon show us how his drone works. Everyone thought it was great.
  • Queen's 90th Birthday Picnic Lunch

    We had a wonderful Picnic Lunch to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday on Friday 10th June. We invited parents and friends to join us and dress up in a red, white and blue theme. We sang 'Happy Birthday' to her Majesty and all enjoyed our lunches. Afterwards we went outside to play some games and watch a drone exhibition
